Refund policy
Due to the nature and type of product that we provide. Refunds are not allowed and all sale is final. Exchanges are allowed provided that our terms and conditions have not been breached. All orders must be returned in its original packaging within 72hours upon recorded receipt. Exchanges will be accepted for products of same value. Or a store credit in cases of less value products. Returns with broken seal holding hair extension or wigs will be refused. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of their returns/exchange. as we are not liable for any lost or damaged items. Customised orders can not returned or exchanged on no circumstance.
